Refunds & returns

Custom made items / items made to order and items purchased in a sale are non-refundable and can not be returned.

We accept returns on ready items that have proved to be significantly not as described.
Items that qualify for a return must be returned in original condition, unused and unwashed with all original labels and packaging attached and intact. The item must not have been altered in any way. Please provide proof of purchase. 

Dukyana reserves the right to not offer a refund where the fault or damage is a result of misuse or lack of care. 

Return shipping costs are customer`s responsibility.Registered post with a tracking number is recommended.The return shipping cost should not exceed the original shipping cost.
Dukyana is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the shipping process and a refund will not be issued on returned goods not received by Dukyana.
Once the item is received,a refund is issued accordingly.


By default refunds or returns are not offered for a change of mind or misreading item`s description and specifications.
In case the buyer insists on returning an item, please take into consideration the restocking fees stated below: 

  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the stated 7-day return timeframe - restocking fee of 20% on the item`s purchase price applies.
  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item within the stated 7-day return time frame, but the seller receives the item used or damaged  - NO REFUND is due.
  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item within the stated 7-day return time frame, but the seller receives the item materially different from the original item shipped to the buyer - NO REFUND is due.
  • The refund will exclude the initial shipping cost,that is the shipping cost paid for sending the item to the buyer.

It is buyer`s responsibility to provide a valid and complete physical shipping address with name,family name,street and number,zip code and a phone number for the carrier.
If an item gets returned because of an incomplete or wrong shipping address,the item will be re-sent ,but the buyer is responsible for paying for the re-shipment.
If a purchased item is unclaimed and gets returned to sender,no refund is due.

  

Payments

A buyer needs a PayPal account for processing a payment.
If you want to send payment with a bank transfer,please contact us for details.

Customers who don`t want to register on PayPal - please contact us to arrange a different payment method.Options are a bank-to-bank  transfer or Western Union.

Combined shipment
We do combine shipment.The system automatically calculates combined purchases` weight.
Any shipping overages paid on placing an order will be refunded (for items paid via PayPal).

It isn`t possible to make two completely identical items because of the nature of the craft so please bear in mind that slight difference in measurements is always a possibility.
Please also note that while every care is taken to accurately represent the colours of the products shown,variations may occur due to different screens/monitors colour rendering and settings.
